Pricing
MFR sessions are $250 per hour.
New clients are encouraged to book several sessions. Note you can always cancel them if you decide MFR is not for you or cancel appointments that you no longer need. The calendar can get booked out so you don’t want to start treatment and then have to wait weeks or months for your next session. As part of your initial session, we will discuss your treatment goals and recommendations on how often to come.
Established clients are encouraged to stay on top of their appointments and schedule ahead so that they don’t go weeks or months between the treatment they need.
Policies
Transform Myofascial Release has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is at 2pm on Thursday cancellations must be made before 2pm on Tuesday. Cancellations are to be made through the booking link. Please do not text Jessica to cancel. Full payment of $100 will be processed for all late cancellations & no-shows.
Credit cards, cash, & check are accepted. Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA) are accepted and cover Occupational Therapy services. Feel free to book using you HSA/FSA card.
Transform Myofascial Release is an Out-of-Network Occupational Therapy provider which means I am not limited by the restrictions of insurance companies. This allows me to tailor treatment specifically to your needs and your timeline. I get to serve YOU and not your insurance company.
Some insurances provide out-of-network coverage. It is worth a phone call to your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network coverage. Medicare & Masshealth/Medicaid will not reimburse for our services. I will provide you with a super bill if you would like to pursue reimbursement directly through your insurance provider.
